Fragrant coconut milk, aromatic spices like turmeric and coriander, a touch of cinnamon, and the zing of lime juice come together in a fusion of flavours. Paired with our tender chicken, this curry is quick and easy to make, we made it in the slow cooker, and it turned out absolutely delicious!
Ingredients
- 500g of fresh diced chicken breasts
- 3-4 crushed garlic cloves
- 2.5cm of fresh ginger, chopped finely
- 1/2 tsp of ground coriander
- 1 tbsp of ground turmeric
- 1 tsp of ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp of curry powder
- 2 tbsp of mango chutney
- 300ml of coconut milk
- Squeeze of lime juice
Steps
- Place all the ingredients into the slow cooker and stir to combine well.
- Put on the heat and cook for 5 hours at low heat or 3 hours on high heat.
